There is some sort of school for technology, maybe a design school- I'm not sure, in this spiral tower next to Nagoya station. One of my students told me it's called HAL (as you can see in the photo) because they wanted to be "better" than IBM. So they named it HAL, H comes before I in the alphabet, A before B and L before M. Therefore HAL > IBM? I think it's pretty funny.-- mobile post from my iPhone
